This site was designed by agents for use by agents and the public. Design and function modifications may be possible in some cases. Agents input listings directly to the site and edit their own listings. Viewers can see lists at any time on-line and/or can elect to receive a list via e-mail.

How to use this website:
A: There are basically two functions of this site: Input and Output of open house listings.  To input a listing, you must first register.  To Register, click “New Users Register Here”. All who register must include an e-mail address. Please be sure to double check all your data for correctness. Please do not register more than once. If unsure if already registered, Click for help!  

Q: How do I view list of open houses in my area?
A: To view the list of open houses online, input a zip code and radius. The website displays open houses taking place during the next seven days. In order to view a different date range, click where indicated just below the date range displayed and input the desired date range. You can sort the list by other fields if desired, in ascending or descending order.

Q: What is the cost to include my listings here?
A: It’s FREE. Advertisers provide funding to operate this site. To keep this service free, refer prospective Advertisers to this site. Thank you.

Q: How do I Add a Listing?
A: First, log-in. Then click Add New Listing in Agent Control Panel. The most important instruction when adding a listing is to be careful. Make sure all the input data is correct. There should be no delay in posting any data; therefore there is no need to wait to see if it shows up. If it’s not there immediately, please try again. DO NOT USE QUOTATION MARKS.

Q: I input my listing but it does not appear on the list. Why?
A: The cause is almost always input error. Please take your time when inputting the data and make sure all information is correct, including the date. Additions, Deletions and changes are all reflected immediately on the website. There should be no delay in posting any data. Therefore there is no need to wait and see if it shows up. If it's not there immediately, please try again. Click through the confirmation screen, don’t page back while entering data.

Q: How can I Change or Delete my listings?
A: You can change any of the input data. After logging in, click “Edit this listing”. Additions, Deletions and changes are all reflected immediately on the website. There is little or no delay.

Q: How does the e-mail work?
A: Agents who wish to receive an e-mail of Open Houses in their area should select a zip code and radius when setting up and/or editing their profile. A list will be e-mailed overnight, sometime after 1:00 AM the day of the open house to the recipient based upon their input criteria. Remember, you can see any list at any time by visiting this website. Occasionally, e-mail programs cause problems with reading the e-mail list. In these cases, please view the open house list on the website. We have tested or outgoing e-mails and determined the problem usually is caused by the recipient's e-mail software or spam filters and therefore out of our control.

Q: What if I have a late addition?
A: Your listing will immediately appear on the web site. E-mail notification will only include those listings input prior to e-mail being sent.

Q: I wish the format were different. Can you change it? Can we add additional fields?
A: We’re open to suggestions. To make one, e-mail: Changes@OpenHouseGalaxy.com. Thanks for your input.

Q: Who are you?
A: Open House Galaxy was developed by Jim Edwards, a real estate agent in the Tampa Bay area. He developed Open House List, Broker Caravan and now OpenHouseGalaxy.com in an effort help agents organize the weekly Broker Caravan. Agents in other areas have inquired into the website and we have therefore made modifications and tweaked it to be made usable by agents anywhere in the country.

Please list only Open House Events where an agent will be present. Do not include properties simply to show a property for sale. This service does not replace the MLS and is designed for actual Open Houses. Thank you for your cooperation.

Area Schedules

To add an area or request changes, please e-mail your ideas to: (schedules@OpenHouseGalaxy.com).  These schedules represent guidelines (not hard and fast rules) which help organize the Broker Open Houses (Broker Caravan). We publish these criteria based upon input from agents in each area. We hope this website will help all agents anywhere in the U.S. organize there schedules and have better attendance at open houses.

Brooksville Showcase – Each Thursday, 8:45 AM following meeting at Rising Sun Café, 10 S. Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601.

East Side Caravan (Ridge Manor area, Hernando County, FL) – 1st and 3rd Wednesdays, 9 AM, meeting at Dave Hill Real Estate, 31075 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34602.

New Tampa – Second Thursday of the month

North Hillsborough / South Pasco – Each Tuesday as follows:
1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month – East of Dale Mabry
2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month – West of Dale Mabry
5th Tuesday of the month – Open

South Tampa – Each Wednesday

Brandon – Each Tuesday as follows:
1st Tuesday of the month – North (of Hwy 60) (Areas 268,269, 252, 254, 255, 256, 257)
2nd Tuesday of the month – Middle (Hwy 60 to Bloomingdale Ave)(Area 270, 271: Twin Lakes)
3rd Tuesday of the month – Southeast (273 E of John Moore Rd, 271 S of Bloomingdale Ave)
4th Tuesday of the month – Southwest (273 W of John Moore Rd, all of 275)
5th Tuesday of the month is open to any area.
Brandon Realtor Resource Group meets Friday mornings at 9:00 at Della’s, 608 Oakfield Drive.

South Shore Area Realtors Caravan (SSARC) – Apollo Beach and area south of Symmes Rd. – Southern Hillsborough County. Thursdays – Unable to establish a permanent alternating and rotating schedule. If schedule set, can publish details and meeting location. How about 1st and 3rd Thursdays? Inform schedules@OpenHouseGalaxy.com.

Sun City Center (FL) – Each Friday following Realtor Meeting / Breakfast.

Pinellas County – Each Thursday

St. Petersburg and Beaches Pitch Session held every Thursday morning at 8:45 AM at Tradewinds Church, 201 73rd Ave. St. Pete Beach.

NE St. Petersburg - Pitch Session held every Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM. Bob Hogue School of Real Estate, just east of I-275, across from Cracker Barrel - 2114 54th Ave N. This is a true Caravan. Please attend meeting and plan to visit all homes on caravan.
1st Wednesday of the month – MLS Areas 324, 313
2nd Wednesday of the month – MLS Areas 312, 311
3rd Wednesday of the month – MLS Areas 323, 321 (if there’s room and not too far 331, 332)
4th Wednesday of the month – MLS Areas 361, 362, 363
